Superbuy SpreadsheetAn independent guide to Superbuy and the Superbuy Spreadsheet

The Superbuy Spreadsheet, and the two bills behind it

A product catalogue hands you a link. Superbuy turns that link into an item in a warehouse, then into a box on a plane. Those are two separate payments, and the second one is the one beginners get wrong.

Find the item

What is a Superbuy Spreadsheet?

A curated product discovery site. Browse category photographs, compare listings and copy the original product link. The seller controls the available options and stock; the agent handles your purchase.

How to use the Superbuy Spreadsheet

Search by item or style, open a candidate and compare its size chart, colour, seller record and price. Save your chosen options with the product link before taking it to Superbuy.

The buying service

What is the Superbuy agent?

Superbuy purchases from Chinese sellers on your behalf, receives the items, provides warehouse photos and arranges international shipping. The product order and the international parcel are separate stages with separate payments.

Why choose Superbuy?

It may suit buyers who want several purchases received, checked and combined through one account. Its guides also describe manual ordering and optional inspections. Compare current route availability, total fees, payment methods and the checks your item needs before choosing it; another service may fit those requirements better.

How to use Superbuy: plan both payments

Import the product link, confirm the options and pay for the purchase plus domestic delivery and any applicable service fee. At the warehouse, read the QC photos and settle any return or extra-photo request.

When the items are ready, select packing and a shipping route, then pay the international shipping quote. Billed weight, optional services and destination charges can change the total.

Before you commit

Why use this Superbuy Spreadsheet?

It connects product discovery with the decisions that change the final bill. The category notes highlight sizing and parcel concerns; the cost guide separates the item payment from shipping instead of presenting the listing price as your delivered cost.

Use the QC checklist before approving goods and the shipping guide before choosing a line. For a first order, start with the full walkthrough.

Frequently asked questions

Is the catalogue the same thing as Superbuy?

No. The catalogue is where you find an item. Superbuy is the company that buys it and ships it. You can browse one without using the other.

Do I pay once or twice?

Twice, in separate transactions. Item and Chinese delivery first, international shipping later, once the parcel exists and you have chosen a route.

What does Superbuy charge to buy something for me?

Nothing on Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and 1688, as published on its fee page. Second-hand platforms and anything unlisted carry a fee instead. The brackets are here.
