Who runs this and what it is not

Superbuy Spreadsheet is an independent guide to one shopping agent and to the product catalogues people use to find things to send through it. It is not operated by Superbuy, it does not speak for Superbuy, and it cannot act on your order.

Superbuy itself is operated by DOT TECHNOLOGY HONG KONG LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong under number 72396324, at Room F, 6/F, Mega Cube, No. 8 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Its copyright line runs 2012-2026. Customer service is [email protected], and the help centre also publishes [email protected] for escalation.

If you need something done to an order, those addresses are the ones that can do it. This site has no access to any account.

How this site is funded

Links from this site to the Superbuy sign-up page carry a referral parameter. If you open an account through one of them, this site may earn a commission from the operator. Nothing on this page costs you more because of it.

What that funding does not buy is the content. The figures here are transcribed from the operator’s published pages, including the parts that are awkward: the hard 180 day storage ceiling, the fact that the shipping charge is a deposit reconciled later, the 139 working day quotes sitting in its own live feed, and the two places where its own pages disagree with each other.

A guide that only repeated the marketing would be worthless to you and, over time, worthless to the operator too.

Method

How figures get onto this site

Four rules, applied to every number here.

  1. Nothing without a source. Every price, window and policy links back to the operator page it was read from, with the date of reading.
  2. Transcribe, do not estimate. The service menu on the costs page lists thirty four entries with their published units. They were copied from the page text, not read off a screenshot.
  3. Contradictions get reported, not resolved. The operator prices one photo service at two different figures on the same page, and states two different country counts in two places. Both are shown as found.
  4. No rankings. This site compares nothing by score and publishes no best agent verdict, because service, speed and risk have no public measurement that can be reproduced.

The sources are the operator’s fee page, official guide, help centre, contact page, forwarding and calculator pages, and notice board, all read on 2026-10-10, plus one third party measurement fetched 2026-10-08 and labelled as such.
